Access to Spanish Speaking Services Improved
Spanish speaking persons are now guaranteed they will be able to talk to a Spanish speaking customer service representative (CSR) when they contact the TERROS Call Center. Enhanced phone technology with multiple queue lines allows the caller to choose the Spanish option when dialing the Call Center’s number – 602-685-6000 ext. 1900. The CSR conducts the appointment process in Spanish and schedules a Spanish language intake at a TERROS clinic.
Robert Mason, Call Center Manager, is excited about this up-graded service and states, “this makes it easier for clients to begin treatment services and is another expression of the TERROS commitment to serve all residents in the Phoenix area.”
