The TERROS Call Center is the go to place if you need information about TERROS programs and services, scheduling an appointment or assistance contacting any TERROS site, call 602-685-6000, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
If you have a behavioral health emergency, please call
1-800-631-1314 or 602-222-9444.
Responses to your comments or questions may take up to 72 hours.
