TERROS Receives City of Phoenix Partnership Award
On December 21, 2011, Barb Garden, TERROS Director of Community Relations, accepted a partnership award as the TERROS representative to the Balsz Community Neighborhood Partnership, an area surrounding our McDowell Clinic.
The core of a good neighborhood is the type of relationships established among its neighbors. TERROS, as a good neighbor and community partner, is delighted to participate in the City of Phoenix, Neighborhood Services, Good Neighbor Program which seeks to increase participation in neighborhood improvement activities and projects by creating opportunities in which all residents learn about themselves, their neighbors and their neighborhoods. The creation and development of partnerships through this program makes it possible to effectively reach and educate residents about many services and opportunities available to the community. Thank you to Dr. Manuel Medina and Nolan Roberts for their engaging presentation about TERROS services to the group.
